H.H Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of the Department of Civil
Aviation, Dubai and Chairman of Emirates Group, H.E. His Excellency Dr. Anwar Gargash, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Dubai School of Government (DSG), H.E. Abdul Rahman Saleh Al Saleh, Director General of the Department of Finance and H.E. Major-General Khamis Mattar Al Mazeina, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police attended the graduation ceremony of 62 Government of Dubai staff.

The 62 staff members have completed their studies in the Effective Management of Public Money Programme , participating in 5 sessions of specialized training covering areas of public finance , budget preparing and planning and public capital investment, organized by the Department of Finance, Government of Dubai, in cooperation with the Dubai School of Government.

The ceremony was held at the Dubai Police Officers Club and was attended by a number of officials with graduates parents .

The celebration started with the National Anthem, then a speech by DOF Director General Abdul Rahman Al Saleh, who confirmed that the program that took 18 months, comes in implementation of the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai  who always focuses on the importance of training national cadres in all government work sites, keeping pace with the functional  and administrative development, especially in the sector of Public Financial Management, including Public Expenditure Management.

At the end of the ceremony , H.H Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, gave the certificates to the graduates and congratulated them on their achievement.
