Brigadier Khalid bin Ahmed bin Turkiah Al Falasi, was appointed by a resolution issued by the Chairman of the Executive Counsel of the Government of Dubai as the director of the department of Pensions and Social Insurance of Local Militants in Dubai Government.
He holds a Bachelor degree in Business Accounting from the UAE University and a Bachelor of Law from the Dubai Police Academy. He also has a variety of Managerial work experiences in local government.
The department of Pensions and Social Insurance seeks to apply best practices with respect to retirees and eligible heirs in addition to associates who are on top of their work in the regular departments in the Government of Dubai. As part of its quest for excellence, the administration is keen to support the efforts of development and to stimulate the areas of creativity and innovation in terms of increasing the efficiency of the procedure, and it is keen to meet the social needs of dealers and harness all the ways to deliver the rights to their owners.
Brigadier Khalid bin Turkiah Al Falasi is currently a member of several committees, such as: the Dubai Military Human Resources Committee, the Grievance and Complaints committee in the Department of Finance and the committee of the Department of Finance Awards for Excellence.
Previously, he served as the director of strategic planning in Dubai Police, and held the managerial level position in the Legal Affairs department in Dubai Police. He also was the head of the police station and the director of social service in HH the Ruler's Court.
About Pensions and Social Insurance of Local Militants:
Pensions and Social Insurance of Local Militants in Dubai Government was established under Resolution No (25) of year 2006 issued by His Highness the Chairman of the Executive Council of the Government of Dubai. This department is in charge of implementing and following -up social security procedures of military personnel, both who are on duty or retired in the departments specified in Resolution No. (3) of year 2008, namely Dubai Police General Headquarters, General Directorate of Residency & Foreigners Affairs and General Directorate of Civil Defence.
