Head - Strategy & Excellence Office
Muna Al Marzooqi holds the position of Head of Strategy & Excellence Office at the Department of Finance in Dubai Government. Her key responsibilities are forming and monitoring the Department of Finance's strategy as well as leading its journey towards excellence and innovation.
Muna has begun her journey in the Department of Finance and progressed through achieving various accomplishments such as winning the 'Distinguished Team Award' awarded by the Dubai Government Excellence Awards in 2014.
Muna has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in many areas such as strategy management and execution, quality assurance, quality improvement, auditing and designing as well as developing excellence programs, in which she has developed and gained throughout her career with the Department of Finance. She has also been awarded several awards, diplomas and certificates in relevant fields to strategy and excellence. She is a Certified Assessor for Organizational Excellence by the European Foundation for Quality Management and the Dubai government Excellence Program.
She was awarded the certificate of "Excellence Experts" from the UAE Prime Minister's Office and is holding an Executive Masters of Business Administration from the American University of Sharjah.
