Quality Policy

​The Department of Finance - Government of Dubai is committed to achieve excellence in the management of public funds, through developed financial systems and policies that lead to the financial sustainability of the Emirate of Dubai and its stakeholders Happiness, with the emphasis on the following:

Co​mmitment to the continuous improvement of the Department's services and activities Through Leadership Support, The Result of Stakeholders Studies and performance results, in accordance with quality management system of ISO 9001:2015 requirements, Dubai Government Excellence Program’s, The International customer experience Standard requirements, and the input of our customers.
  2. Achieving quality objectives, and periodically reviewing them.
  3. Commitment to the related legal and legislatives requirements as well as the requirements of service agreements.
  4. Measuring the Department's customer happiness in order to meet their needs, exceed their expectations, and continuously enhance their satisfaction.
  5. Strengthening the Department of Finance employees’ competencies, providing them with all the resources they need and encouraging them to take initiative and excel.​
