Al Teneiji previously worked as a legal advisor and a head of the legal department at the Ministry of Economy. He also held several positions at MOI’s Police College.

He is a registered lawyer at the Ministry of Justice, and a member of several committees, including the commercial POAs committee, the auditors registration committee, the industrial ownership resolutions grievance committee, the grievance committee formed under the Federal HR Law, the grievance committee at the GCC Patent Office, and the GCC industrial ownership law review and amendment committee.

About the Legal Affairs Office:

The Legal Office provides legal advice to DOF’s DG and organisational units. It also provides feedback and notes on new and existing federal and Dubai laws and their amendments and implementation as needed. The Legal Office also legally reviews, formulates, and provides recommendations on all kinds of contracts and agreements. Further, they help in negotiations with suppliers, contractors, and strategic partners, seeking the benefit of the government entity.
